I dunno.....

Having a contest just to remake her jaw (or anything else).....I dunno....I think it's probably best left alone.

If you know someone isn't happy about that sort of thing, then making a contest about it doesn't sorta seem right to me.

Fair enough. Having hung with the Hollywood crowd for a spell I just rail at the vanity some of these people express. My first impulse is to mock. There are children in wheelchairs with no arms or legs and deformities so hideous it is difficult to describe and this chick is worried about her chin? That is where my cynicism is grown. Chopping, to me, as should all art, serves a social and public service. Often it reflects the state of the culture. But that can be done tastefully.

I agree with you that some people are very superficial and worry about the most mundane things. But it's human nature I suppose.

I am aware that some countries require that ad companies have to declare if the models were visually altered in any way. They are required to post in small text in the ad, much like a cigarette warning.
