Mimicking text please help!

A lot of times on FN I want to write something in the same text as someone else uses, but say something different. For instance on the troy contest, I wanted to write something different but in the same letters. Is there an easy way to make different letters? Can someone help me with this? thanks.

Try to download the font. For ex. Troy uses a font close the Quake font Dark11. Just run a search at google.

Hi I find this site very useful also:

Da Fonts

There is a button to switch to English and the fonts here are all freeware.

I hope this helps.

Freakin' great FONT sites peeps...

My Fav 100% FREE Font Site: Acid Fonts

-------------------

PS: I have a great lo-tech way to install fonts on Windows machines without any extra font wares. You may have to make hidden folders visible beforehand.
[Windows Explorer ] Tools] Folder Options ] File Types ] then select: "Show Hidden Files & Folders".]

1. Make a shortcut to your Windows/Fonts folder

2. Go to your user settings and find your "Send To" folder: [C:\Documents and Settings\Stimpygato\SendTo]

3. Paste the shortcut into the "Send To" folder

That's it! then to install proceed to steps 4 & 5

4. Right-Click any unzipped font, and choose "Send To... Shortcut to Fonts"

5. *Boom* ... Font installed!

-Also works great to have a TEMP image folder in your "Send To" folder for quick image management.
-Or, go full g33k, and put a shortcut to "Send To" in your "Send To" folder and really put some power into your right-clickin'!

---------------
