Obama said that he is eager to offer Clinton a VP seat. So far there's been no reaction from the Clinton camp on the offer, but it looks like it will be Obama-Clinton ticket this election. As it usually happens at the end of the race, the candidates will "put their differences behind and unite for the sake of the party". Here's an example of a news story that can be used: Hillary Clinton caused waves of public anger with her RFK assassination comments in South Dakota yesterday. When asked why she still goes on with her campaign, when it's impossible to get an edge over Obama, Clinton said that this campaign is far from over and added "We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California." After shock and anger reaction from the public and Obama camp ("...there's no place in this campaign for such remarks"), Clinton issued a public apology saying that she did not imply that somebody may try to kill Obama, but used the RFK example to show that some campaigns may take longer than others. Whatever Mrs. Clinton implied, these comments have severely undermined her future chances of getting a running mate place from Obama.
