The background looks a lil harder to work with because the odd fence position gives a strange perspective, needed to maybe set the brightness/contrast and maybe hues a lil darker and free transform him to give him a little more depth, then slight less outer glow spread, and maybe gaussen blur a bit or smudge and ripple the lower half to give a unique ghost look... also the ghost legs seem to be in front of the fence whilst the hand and waist are behind the fence bar... other then the lil things its a lovely tribute
